Soper Board of Education Regular Board Meeting

As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Independent School District No. 4, Choctaw County, Oklahoma, will hold a Board meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Soper School Old FCCLA Building, 821 Louis St., Soper, Oklahoma 74759.

AGENDA

NOTE: Soper Board of Education may discuss, make motions, vote to approve, vote to disapprove, vote to table, or decide not to discuss any item on the agenda.

1. Call the meeting to order, record those present, and determine if a quorum is present.

2. Determine if the agenda was posted in due time and approve the November 2025 Soper School Board Meeting minutes.

3. Welcome, visitors, and comments.

4. Superintendent’s report.

5. Board votes to approve/disapprove encumbrances and checks.

6. Discussion and possible action to approve Ideal Impact Services Agreement.

7. Discussions and possible action to approve Ideal Impact Lease Purchase Agreement.

8. Principal’s Report(s)

a. ES – Tina Jefferys

b. HS – Parker Harless

9. Board votes to approve/disapprove surplus of out-of-use computers.

10. The board votes to approve/disapprove the Midwest Bus sales contract for the lease agreement.

11. The board votes to approve/disapprove emergency certification and the adjunct of Ashley Self.

12. Vote to convene or not to convene into executive session concerning superintendent’s contract: 25 O.S. Sec 307(b)(1).

13. The board acknowledges the return to open session.
