As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Independent School District No. 4, Choctaw County, Oklahoma, will hold a Board meeting on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Soper School FCCLA Building, 821 Louis St., Soper, Oklahoma 74759.

AGENDA

NOTE: Soper Board of Education may discuss, make motions, vote to approve, vote to disapprove, vote to table, or decide not to discuss any item on the agenda.

1. Call meeting to order and record those present and determine if a quorum is present.

2. Determine if the agenda was posted in due time and approve the minutes of the May Soper Board Meeting for 2025.

3. Welcome Visitors and comments.

4. Superintendent’s report.

5. The board votes to approve or disapprove encumbrances and checks.

6. Principal’s Report.

7. Board vote to approve/disapprove pay dates for the 25-26 school year.

8. Board vote to approve/disapprove OSIG insurance and Precision Testing (asbestos testing).

9. The board vote to approve/disapprove hiring of a cafeteria worker and a maintenance worker.

10. The board vote to approve/disapprove the surplus of the rodeo arena.

11. Board vote to approve/disapprove support employee pay raise.

12. Purchase request.
